Sometimes even our costumes can upstage us!

Two funny stories ... When I played Warbucks in Annie, I never seemed to have time to up zip my fly on a quick change into a tux .The look on Dianne's face each night as I made the hurried entrance was worth the price of admission. I did finally get it right for closing night. AND, one evening during Carousel, while singing a duet with Mary Jo Ramsey Smith, all her undergarments suddenly "detached" and dropped down around her ankles. She calmly stepped out of the pile of fluff, finished the duet, and exited with me.
