The Waynesboro Players are proud to announce the winner of the Lillian Perkins Morse Scholarship for 2009 is Meg Duka. The scholarship is awarded to a student graduate of high academic standings and active involvement in theater and the arts, and has been involved in with the Waynesboro Players. Meg has exemplified all of these standards and more, and will be continuing on to the college of her choice to continue studying her love of theater and drama. The scholarship is in honor of the late Lillian Perkins Morse, who was a leader and innovator in the theater and the arts and recognized not only in the local area for her work, but across the entire state of Virginia.
